Conclusion and Opinion

I love this book cause it´s to understand life, sometimes we feel lost or bad, but we just have to go on, I love the fact that book it´s refering to 90´s so you can notice even sometimes you think things have change, they are, but they just look different.

My favorite quotes are; 

“Sometimes people use thought to not participate in life.” 

 “We accept the love we think we deserve.”}

 “You see things. You keep quiet about them. And you understand.”

"And in that moment, I swear we were infinite."

"Please believe that things are good with me, and even when they’re not, they will be soon enough"

 “I would die for you. But I won’t live for you.", The book it´s my favorite, so I can say I love every word on it.

I really think everybody has a Charlie inside, I would said every character it´s one, sometimes we are wallflowers, sometimes we feel less than others, mostly teens we have our identity very confused but the point it´s to love every moment that you live.

Part 5

When he start seeing that everyone was bothering Patrick for being gay, they star hitting him, and he just didn´t know how he can hit everyone, he save Patrick, and that´s the way Sam, Patrick and Charlie become friends again, with Bob, he all time continue seeing each other.

Now everybody was afraid of what could he do, he was dangerous.

After that they went to their house like old times, but Patrick and Charlie ogo out, he is very happy and thanksfull with him, so he says that why he couldn´t find someone like him, so Patrick kiss Charlie.

Everybody was talking about collage, now all the problems they had were nothing cause it is just part of the life, so last day of classes, and he gives Sam part o him, all his books, for not forgetting him, he really don´t want them to go, but "things change and friends leave but life doesn´t stop for anybody".

After that he start remembering that her aunt Helen abuse of him, so he goes to a hospital, for help, so he continues writting but he start changing the way he watch life, so after that he start dating Sam, and everything it seems to go well, so the last words that he writes to his friend are - "Please believe that things are good with me, and even theya re not, they will be soon enough".

Part 4

New year arrive and he goes to a party when he was decided to ask Sam out, but he is so dissapointed that he gets high again, he start seing things, so he went out for a walk where his family found him, in middle of the snow, so they thought he was like before, watching things.

 When he has to act in Rocky horror beacuse Craig didn´t went, he feels good being with them, and later Mary Elizabeth ask him out, but after the dance they go to Mary Elizabeth house and the were about to make it, but Mary Elizabeth parents arrive.

Charlie was sick of her so he beacuse he haven´t go out with any girl he break up with her in the worst way; truth or dare, when patrick dare him he tell him "I dare you to kiss the prettiest girl in this room", so he kissed Sam, so everybody was in shock, and it also break friendship with all of them, so he start being a wallflower again.
 He was trying to fix things with everyone but he couldn´t the problems start getting worst, for example Craig was upset with Sam, Brad´s father discovered he was gay so everything was wrong.

Part 3

Charlie Starts trying not to be a looser, he it´s very happy hanging out with Sam and Patrick, he starts listening to love´s songs of Sam, also he is writting more essays and reading more books, his favorite hour if the day it´s lunch cause he can see Sam and Patrick.Charlie see Mary Elizabeth very interesting , cause she it´s punk and a budist, also they are working in the play Rocky horror Picture Show, Alice, her best friend loves vampires and wants to go to film school, Patrick it´s always not serious but because he was secretly dating Brad, so everybody supported him, and Sam´s story was that when she was at first year, boys used to get her drunk and Charlie don´t care cause, he don´t like to be judge for who he was.

After Rocky Horror Picture Show ´s play, they went to Craig´s house to celebrate, so everybody start talking about university, he imagine his self dancing with Sam, but Sam start dating Craig, a collage boy.

The next day he ask his teacher, why the nice people choose the wrong people to date?, so Mr. Andersson, says - "Cause we accept the love we think we deserve", so Charlie ask him "Can we make notice them they are wrong?, so the teacher tells him "We can try".

Charlie start helping Sam to study for university and she pass; Christmas arrive so they make secret santa, but Charlie gives present to all of them, he really knows Bob, Alice, Mary Elizabeth, Sam and Patrick to well, but also Sam gives him a handwritting machine, cause he wants to be a writter.

In Sam´s room they start being honest, Sam tells him that she dated boys that treated her like garbage, so she tells him I just want to be shure the first person who kisses you, loves you, so she kiss him.

Part 2

Derek gives Charlie´s sister one tape per week so most of the time Charlie listen to them, so he almost of the time love it, the majority of the songs were from "The smiths", his favorite one was Asleep, the song makes him feel the way his life was going, totally depressing.

But everything change in that game, a football game he wasn´t shure to go, when he arrive he saw Patrick and went to sit with him, the start been friends, also with his stepsister that he though they were boyfriends.
The go to Kings were they start knowing each other, the music they like, and personal things.

When he arrived home hi watch how Derek hits his sister and he just wants to avoid it, but she tells him she can handle it, she said she provoque him.

When he go to the Homecoming dance he start freeing his self he start dancing with Patrick and Sam, and he feels very good, he thinks he is starting to feel happy, they three don´t care what others thinks, they live the present. After that dance they go to a party Bob´s party, but he didn´t know that brownies he eat had drug, so he get high without knowing it. He bacomes so funny. everybody loves him, but Charlie tells Sam his best friend suicide, so she start being worry about him, so they make a toast for him, Patrick says - "You see things and you understand, you are a wallflower".

When they go out, they go in the car so they start listening David Bowie´s song Heroes, and Sam said, it´s the perfect song, so she go out the car crossing a tunnel and Charlie said my favorite words in the book - "And in that time I swear, we are infinite"

Part 1

Charlie it´s the boy writting letters to an extrange friend, he start telling him that he wants to have someone that listen to him, he feels alone after his best friend dead, it was a suicide, sometimes Charlie thinks it´s his fault, he also thinks somethings that happened were his fault, but know he is just searching for happiness and a reason to be in the world.

Well he start talking about his first day of school, he meet his favorite teacher, Ms. Andersson, the advanced english teacher, first of all he is afraid of being the best of his class, but the teacher notice he has pottencial, and he tell him, he has not to be afraid, and also said if you have only one friend on first day of school, he would be ok. Lately on the day he know Patrick, he is the classic clown of the class, but he is a senior year boy in a lower grade class, he has fail the carpentry class two times; Patrick has this nickname "nothing" cause he said call me Patrick or nothing, so everybody started calling him nothing.

Like all the school he was bother, but he just wanted to go away and hopping the 1385 days missing to go to  university run fast. He was feeling sad and happy at he time, he wanted to talk with his aunt Helen, but she was dead. On the meal he talked with his parents, sister and sister´s boyfriend call Derek, his dad tell him - "Just smile and be yourself, that´s the ways you make friends".

This blog it´s for people who can have an oppen mind, who can see the world with differnt eyes.
First of all I will talk about Stephen Chbosky, the awsome writter of "The perks of being a Wallflower"; Stephen Chbosky grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and graduated from the University of Southern California's Filmic Writing Program. His first film, The Four Corners of Nowhere, and in 1999 he published this book I´ll talk about;it´s very interesting cause it explores topics such as introversion, abuse, drugs, sexuality, and the awkward times of adolescence.
